Avocado & Olive Salad w/ Sea Salt Protein Chips

This superb avocado and olive salad is unbelievably rich and satisfying, and an inventive way to use the avo skins as a vessel that you can heartily scoop from with our ultra-low-carb chips 😋

This salad is easy to make in one bowl. Just mash and mix all ingredients, let the flavours mingle for a couple of hours, and enjoy!

Ingredients - 1 ripe avocado per serve - 2 hard-boiled eggs - 1/2 cup (120 ml) chopped pitted black Kalamata olives - 1/3 cup (80 ml) chopped spring onion - 1/4 cup (60 ml) mayonnaise - salt & pepper to taste - A few dashes of hot sauce, if ya nasty 😜
