Green Pea & Bacon Pasta

If you're looking for a gluten-free midweek meal, you can't go past a big bowl of green pea & bacon pasta. Serves 2.


  • 200g LOKA Protein Pasta

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 4 rashers rindless bacon (chopped)

  • 140g frozen peas

  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)

  • 1 small onion (diced)

  • Pecorino (to taste)


  1. Cook pasta as per packet instructions.

  2. Fry off bacon pieces, garlic and onion in a pan.

  3. Blanch your peas, careful not to overcook (1-1.5mins in simmering water).

  4. Mix all elements together and dust with fresh pecorino.
